the room was pretty dark at night (could use more lights). but overall, it was clean and spacious with a cool balcony. location was quiet yet super close to the tram. great amenities with a variety of drinks available.

I loved staying in a superior double room that was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, being on a quiet street yet so close to all the major attractions. The 'honesty bar' was such a fun touch, great to unwind with pre-dinner drinks!

My favorite property in Munich. Excellant location, minute walk from an ornate neo-Gothic town hall, really enjoyed this place. Also, in the middle of jackson. Great-sized and absolutely gorgeous room overlooking street. Quiet atmosphere and private bathroom.

Let's just say this hotel was a letdown. No one told me I had to scramble for coffee pods and the front desk was almost never staffed. An upgrade for my 'exquisite' stay would have been nice. It's not like I was asking for the moon, just a comfortable cup of coffee and human interaction, is that too much to ask?

Finding the hotel was confusing due to misleading directions on the website!!! The bathtub is unnecessarily high and not mobility-friendly. The blow dryer had consistent issues. Bring your own for a hassle-free experience!!!

fantastic location

accommodating staff

The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to Marienplatz and surrounded by wonderful dining options. My room was spacious with a chic balcony overlooking a charming cobblestoned street. The staff was accommodating, even allowing me an early check-in after my long journey from New York!
